I’ve been a paying member of Beck’s Car Wash for quite a while, and the experience has become increasingly frustrating. The car wash is constantly having issues. Either the wash itself is down, the membership scanner doesn’t work, or some other equipment problem prevents members from using a service we’re paying for every month. What makes it worse is that these aren’t occasional inconveniences—they’ve become a regular occurrence. The vacuums, which are only a few years old, are in terrible condition. Many have little to no suction, are broken, or simply don’t work properly. For a business that markets itself as a premium car wash experience, the equipment is poorly maintained. Customer service is even more disappointing. When you ask for help inside Beck’s, employees immediately distance themselves and say the car wash is a different business and they have nothing to do with it. The car wash staff, when you can find them, often act like helping customers is an inconvenience. I’ve repeatedly been met with indifference and a “not my problem” attitude rather than any effort to resolve issues. I been to two of the Carwash here and in Washington. They’re honestly not that great half the time the vacuum doesn’t work half the time the car isn’t clean. Here’s a bonus if the guy feels like brushing your car he probably just do half the job. Management/ owner really doesn’t seem to care about his company. Not surprised as I’ve heard he has a nasty attitude says his employees.

I got gas & paid for a car wash. The sign said OPEN on car wash. My car went thru the wash & we pulled into vacuum the car and the girl turned them off right at that moment. I told her I just went thru & wanted to vacuum (which would take less than 5 minutes) & the light still said OPEN! She was very rude & said, “We’re closed. I just turned them off.” If Becks takes money & runs car through wash then they should allow you to finish your car. I did this out of convenience, but I will not be going there again especially with the inconsiderate, rude girl with the red hair working. The sign still said OPEN as I left!

Its just an okay car wash. The staff are really very nice and hard workers but the actual car wash is just okay. It barely has a rinse cycle and the car is always left with streaks and dried drips from soap and a film that coats the whole car and as soon as the wind picks up dirt and pollen are stuck like glue to the car. On a positive note it does put something on the car that beads up the rain pretty nicely and it kast for a super long time! In summation I suppose id say unless you need a wash for dirt removal or maybe its half price or free, pick a different car wash. I use it as a last resort when my car is filthy and I dont have time to go somewhere else.

I love going around to new locations and doing Google reviews and sharing photos of what my experience was like at these new businesses. That being said, I didn't have the best experience at Beck's gas station. I was looking forward to doing this review because this gas station was built not too long ago. They're usually really nice looking, lots of space, always have fresh food, and lots of different options as far as snacks go especially fresh pastries. Upon walking inside the store I took a picture of the entryway and right away one of the cashiers (to my left) made a comment about me taking a picture, I said "oh it's okay I just took it for Google" and he laughed and asked me to make him skinny for the picture. I told him that I would actually cut him out of the picture, we laughed and then I moved on. I headed towards the pastries and then towards the back of the store to the restroom and I wasn't in the store for very long before I was stopped. I had just come out of the restroom and a young diminutive man (that passed me before I went in) approached me in an assertive way and said "excuse me, can you tell me why you're taking pictures of the store, one of the employees was
